Delivery Information

We understand the importance of delivering your order on time and in perfect condition.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We do not recommend that our customers book an installer or engage in any preparatory work until you have received all of your products and have examined them to ensure that they are the correct products for the required purpose. We do not accept responsibility for any costs associated with installers that have been booked before receiving your order in full. Please note that it is your responsibility to inspect the items as soon as they arrive.

Delivery charges are calculated upon the point of checking out and are determined by several factors such as the:
• total number of products ordered;
• weight of the entire order;
• size of the products ordered;
• type of products ordered; and
• delivery address.

Small and Medium orders can be delivered using the Boda-boda system of delivery. The charges incurred using this system of delivery depend on your geographical location.
All charges incurred will be liable to our customers and delivery fees are non-refundable in cases of a wrong order or delayed deliveries.

How Orders will be Delivered.
Note: Online deliveries are made after payments have been made.

SMALL, MEDIUM, AND LARGE ORDERS
• Small and medium orders will be delivered by either the boda-boda system of delivery or your preferred selected courier service depending on your geographical location.
• Our team will send you your tracking details via email or WhatsApp once the parcel is ready to leave our depot.
• Please note that once your order is set for delivery, no changes can be made until the delivery has been attempted once. For this reason, please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
• Once receiving your SMS or email, you will also be given several options if you are unavailable at the time of scheduled delivery.
• On the day of delivery, you will be given a 1-hour window, then the name of the driver and additional options specific to your delivery.
BULKY ORDERS
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only between 8 am and 5 pm.
• There must be someone present to accept delivery. Therefore, when your order is ready to be dispatched, you will be contacted by our sales team to arrange a suitable delivery day.
• The delivery driver will call 30 minutes before delivery to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. If there is no one available, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and another delivery charge will be incurred. Please provide us with a mobile telephone number.
• Occasionally, due to the nature of our items, an item may get damaged in transit. It is, therefore, advisable to inspect all the items before accepting the goods. If there is damage, you can refuse the delivery and send the item(s) back with the driver. We will then send replacements as soon as possible for you.
Note: Our Products are thoroughly checked and verified with the drivers to ensure there are no damaged goods and to curb incidences where goods are damaged in transit. This is important to us to prevent the delivery of damaged goods and supplies.
Small Orders
All orders below 250,000ugx will be charged an extra handling fee.

RETURN AND REFUND.

• The commitment fee is non-refundable.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable regardless of any customer complaints like delays.
Only confirmed and accepted cancellations will be refunded by crediting any of the client’s financial accounts.

LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES.

1. Clients should observe that all information provided by our application is correct or error-free.
2. We are not liable for any unfavorable or natural circumstances like accidents, rain, too much sunshine, and many others.
3. Clone Supplies company has taken all necessary reliable steps to prevent internet fraud and information is stored safely.
4. Offers made by Clone Supplies are always withdrawn at any time and without notice.

PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS (BUY FOR ME)

• Category of Goods: We ship sanitaryware, plumbing materials, and other requested supplies. We do not ship military, offensive, drugs, banned goods in Uganda, explosives, and other related Goods.
• All Quotes under this section will stay the same as listed in the above (Quotation section) In addition they will include: the original price of the product + shipping fees of the sale if applicable, insurance, tax, and shipping fees)
• All prices shall be made in UGX or USD cash Except customers who wish to make online payments will pay in (UGX) on either Mobile money, Bank, or Credit card over our website. We shall issue you a buying rate of USD dollar as per the time of payment
• Payment shall be made 100% for the initial purchase of the item before commencing with the transaction
• All pre-order information shall be collected and details regarding your order will be safely documented as per our privacy policy.
• Shipping fees, insurance, and tax fees shall be paid before pick up or upon being notified about the product’s arrival.
• Our insurance carries 6% off the package purchase price and it covers only the safety of your package till you receive it at hand. Please note our insurance only caters for only damage if happens only through transit.
• Delivery Lead time: Delivery time is varied with the initial time the sources deliver the item to our shipping station then add 12-15 working days to ship at our shop. For example, if the source ships in 2 days add 12 days making a total of (14) days to pick up your item. Note Miscellaneous delays might happen but we shall communicate according to customs clearance.
• Return and refund: Once the order has been submitted no refund or return before or after delivery. Insurance fees are non-refundable same as shipping & tax fees
• Top-up for me: This category helps customers would wish to purchase some items but don’t have 100% purchase cash. Clone Supplies top-up scheme is charged an interest depending on your first deposit.
• Disclaimer Note: We are not entitled to a customer’s error on an item ordered for purchase if it’s found deflective, damaged as prescribed in order details, or wrong product thus we order what you share in the link with us.
